At CordaRoy's, we want you to love your comfort experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be in their original condition and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  If returning a foam-filled product, use a vacuum to compress the foam to its original shipping size and secure it in a sturdy shipping box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
